Michael Boland, Esq. obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2014 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. He has also passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and is admitted to practice law in the United States of America.
Experience and Professional Associations
Michael’s experience focuses on small business law and international business transactions. He has experience with corporate entity formation, equity distribution, corporate governance and policy. He has drafted and executed international sale of goods transaction contracts, manufacturing agreements, letters of credit, non-disclosure agreements and exclusive dealing agreements on an international scale. Michael is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in the United States.
